Okay, so Gerard wasn't exactly ecstatic about where they had ended up.
Sure, it was Frank, his best friend's birthday, it was Halloween, and they even had a day of vacation from touring.  But when the four of them, Gerard, Frank, Ray, and Mikey, ended up on the outskirts of some random town in Jersey stood in front of a long since abandoned house with all sorts of bad vibes about it, Gerard wasn't all too keen on exploring it.  By all means, Gerard loved horror movies and all manners of creepy things, but there was just something wrong about this house, and Gerard knew it.
And perhaps Gerard was just a little frightened about the fact that he had no memory of how they had gotten there...
And perhaps Gerard was VERY frightened by the looming shadow he had seen in the second story window...

Gerard is tired of seeing his friend like this, so he hires him an at-home therapist. She's happy, sweet, and very optimistic. The others in her school have warned her not to associate with them and to stay away. But she couldn't help but hang around them. This sweet kindhearted girl was starting to fall for the dangerous, rebellious juvenile Gerard. He secretly wanted her too and Gerard typically gets what he wants. Follow these dangerous teenage boys as they slowly start to turn the sweet, kindhearted, innocent Misty into a scary, dangerous, rebellious, juvenile delinquent.

Frank's cousin Richard offers him a job in the summer at the restaurant he owns. But it's not a restaurant. Richard doesn't even own a restaurant, he's a drug dealer, and he has Frank do the dirty work. When Frank is making a round he meets someone in particular. The boy is really cute, he likes all the music Frank likes, and Frank really thinks he likes him. His name is Gerard. Gerard always sneaks out, to drink, do drugs, smoke. His parents try to talk to him, but it never gets through. After a failed suicide attempt they just give up. They give Gerard to one of his moms close colleagues. Mrs. Linda Iero and her family. After another failed attempt lands Gerard in the hospital, Frank and Gerard get closer and closer. I update every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. TRIGGER WARNING (suicide, self harm, drug and alcohol abuse, and I think that's all)

He's normal now, he's a person now, he's a fucking adult with an office job and he fucking hates it and that's fine, because he got out of the mental hospital three years ago, and these past three years of mundane nothingness have been the best three years of his life. Ten years ago, or so, Frank was in love with a boy called Gerard with fiery red hair and the personality of a switchblade knife, and ten years ago that boy called Gerard had killed himself. Frank still saw him though: hallucinations, as he knew them to be now, and it took him years in a hospital he never thought he'd get out of to convince himself of his newfound sanity, but he was okay now. Twenty eight year old Frank Iero had been officially 'okay' since he was twenty five. He hadn't seen Gerard again, and he didn't even think about the guy - he was just normal, and he was almost painfully content with being the secretary to someone with a five figure salary. But of course, on one fateful morning in December, that has to go and change, doesn't it? (Technically a sequel to Summertime, but I wouldn't say you need to have read Summertime to understand and enjoy this)

You know that half of this goddamn town knows about my love life?" He removed his hands from his eyes to stare at Gerard who was staring back intensely, "It sucks. Everything sucks. It's not like I asked for this. I didn't ask. I didn't want this. But now there's nothing in this world that I could want more. Him, next to me. Smiling. Us sitting next to each other. Holding hands. Kissing. Hugging. Everything. Frank; a depressed kid with problems no one could imagine. And a desire to die. Gerard; another depressed kid who doesn't want life anymore. 3:39 am. Gerard finds Frank passed out on the beach. 5:24 am. Frank wakes up in his room with no memory of two hours before. 6:12 am. Mikey, Gerard's brother, sits in his brother's room, talking about the boy Gerard found on the beach. 9:52 am. Gerard wonders about the boy on the beach. 10:43 am. Frank wonders why he's still alive. 12:37 pm. Mikey wonders why his friend, Frank, is acting so weird. 2:19 pm. Gerard leaves the house and goes to the beach, where he found the boy. 3:49 pm. Frank realises someone found him. 5:26 pm. Mikey wants to know what the fuck is going on with the two important people in his life. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide. Can Gerard help Frank without revealing his own problems and emotions or will they become too much to bare? *Trigger warning *Still editing mistakes( I'm fully aware my grammar sucks) *also warning this is terribly written. I wrote this when I was 13 and finished when I was like 15. Now I'm editing as much as I can to make it less embarrassing. Sequel "Never look up" both fanfics make me cringe tbh
