He works at the police department where everyone is a superhero saving the day; he only applied there to try and be a hero but they wouldn't even let him do that. Angry and annoyed, Stephen decides to become the one thing everyone despises: a villain. He works to become recognized by everyone in the world. He's a not so bad villain. Homelander and Vought picked them as terrorist that they must take down but they cannot hide the truth for long.
