In 1999, a sadist psychopathic killer was on the loose. Ever lead they had;led to a wild goose chase. After months the killer stopped. 

Now in 2008, Célestine Murielle Green is now an almost graduate FBI student; at the  FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia . Once a former teacher was killed in the woods in a frostbite winter; hanse disturbing crime scene and the body could barely be identified .

Célestine is the only one that remembers the once killings after reading profiles. Even though she can't reopen the case, it doesn't mean she twist some rules. 

While former FBI agent Gil Davison is put directly on the case, but couldn't figure it out until a special someone entered but with a twist. 
Célestine may have to deal with two killers.
