Once a year in the city of BlueCiff, there is a month.
The first three weeks of this month, there is a ball being held at the palace. Every night.
These three weeks allow the young me and women of BlueCliff to meet each other, to make new friends, to enjoy, to have fun, and most importantly to fall in love.
