The New Girl

Mystic Falls is a seemingly quiet town. However, all is not as it seems. Unknown to the outside world, Mystic Falls is the home of multiple supernatural creatures. The current residents are aware of the danger and take precautions. But what happens when an ordinary girl takes up residence?

Emma is not exactly what you would call an ordinary girl. Her father is absent and her mother drinks. Emma has never really had a place to call home. Her mother often uproots them when people begin asking questions about Emma's bruises or her constant absence from school. To Emma, Mystic Falls is just one more place she'll eventually have to leave.
