Every teen faces the challenge of self image. Many try different diets, ranging from eating cardboard, to starving themselves. But my family decided to lose weight and become healthy a different way. After hearing about "The Bitter Truth" we decided to change our lives for the better. To cut out all sugar from our diets. For a year we won't eat any sugar. This is my take on "The Bitter Truth" but this is different. This is the bitter Sweet take on it.
