The Bitter Sweet Life (the no-sugar diet from a teenagers point of view)

Every teen faces the challenge of self image. Many try different diets, ranging from eating cardboard, to starving themselves.

But my family decided to lose weight and become healthy a different way.

After hearing about "The Bitter Truth" we decided to change our lives for the better. To cut out all sugar from our diets. For a year we won't eat any sugar.
