I'm Lila Collins. I have a twin brother Finn Collins who I haven't seen in over a year. My whole life until I was 16 I was kept hidden in the ceiling of my home. On the Ark its against the law to have more than one child. My mother, brother and I had a drill for random inspections. We almost had the guard's schedule down by heart..... Almost. The worst day of my life. I was torn away from my family, the only thing I knew in this cruel world. The guards had been suspicious that week and came during the night. My mother was then floated the next day and that was the last time I saw my brother. I was locked in a prison cell with a girl named Octavia Blake who surprisingly was a second child like myself. One year later I find myself on a dropship going to god knows where.
