Rosie has gone her whole life being this weird and wacky character, Living life to the fullest not even caring what others think. she's got some good close friends and that's good enough for her. 

Then there's Jessie hot bad boy that every girl want's. I mean what girl wouldn't want the hot, gorgeous bad boy. 

They have known each other for years and everyone knows that Rosie really likes Jessie, even Jessie knows she likes him. Through all though's years of people teasing the crap out of them for Rosie liking Jessie and Jessie never liking her back. 

Then after about 5 years of teasing Jessie and telling him they should go out weather it was a joke or people really thinking they would be good together something in him flicked like a switch, and he started to really start thinking of her as someone he may actually like . What will he do when he finds out shes moving in next door...?All Rights Reserved
