A Descendant, A Curse, A New Life {On Hold}

I'm not exactly sure how to do this, but I hope I get it right. Here goes.

A small town like any other, where nothing unusual really happens. That's on the front. A display to outsiders. Every town has it's secrets even the most humble looking ones.

A curse lies deep in the depths of the oldest house. A house no-one will dare to near. Not because they know, but because of the family that used to live there. Still now, even though the only descendant left is a boy. A boy that no-one knows of because the people of the town believe that the whole family had died. The boy himself doesn't even know about his real family, yet alone know he may be the only one to break the curse, and save not only his ancient family line, but also the town he grew up in and so desperately wants to leave.
