Meet Lily Voirgaire, a prodigious machinist and failed magician. She had unsurpassed talent... in "extension", a field of magic largely considered useless. Nevertheless, she remained positive, looking forward in life, hoping to get a state permit for mechanical engineering and design, developing her strengths. But in a world where magic is prevalent and abundant, there isn't really much demand, or necessity, for machines.

Then the accident occurred.

This is a tale of one girl's struggle to overcome loss. This is a tale of resurgence and love.

Largely written on a whim, this work will be updated as and when I feel like it, and its writing style is largely influenced by that of Japanese web novels.
