Mania-Manic Depression(MDD) is the mood of abnormally elevated energy.
Mania is a serious mental illness in which episodes of mania may alternate unpredictably with episodes of depression.
Other characteristics of mania include:
●Unrealistic feelings of importance
●Decreased need for sleep
●Feeling energetic after two hours of sleep or sleepless for days even weeks
●talking more than usual
●Impossible to concentrate
●Phobias
●feeling overweight or deciding not to eat at all
MDD can be healed with pills and doctor sessions but cannot be healed completely.
