Avery Darling is having a rough time. Her parents have just divorced, and the custody arrangement sucks. She lives with her dad because her mom decided to move to California. She sees her mom during the holidays.
When Adrien shows up at her uncle's skating rink needing a place to stay, Avery can't bring herself to say no. But as she gets to know Adrien, she's not so sure she made the right desicion...or is his jerk-ish-ness just a mask for something more vulnerable?
Friendships will be tested and boundries WILL be crossed as Avery tries to sort out her helluva-crazy life.

[Kay I will make the description better later, but I'm still messing around with a few ideas... ;) ]
