Amphigory is the Salvador Dali art of the literature world. Much like Dali's art, mainly containing surrealism, amphigory is best understood by its writer (or artist), but can be observed and sometimes understood by others interested in it. Though you may rarely if ever know what Salvador Dali was thinking while painting, just as those who read my amphigory will come to find, you can find a hint of understanding in the work of art (be it painting or writing) but you will never know its true full meaning, as thought of by the artist.
Alice In Wonderland happens to my favorite, well known work of amphigory, bursting with psychedelic wonderings of Lewis Carroll's mind and enchanting readers, myself included, galore.
Its actual meaning is a nonsensical or meaningless piece of writing; and I think almost every poet out there can relate to scribbling down a large amount of amphigory or brain vomit or whatever else you would like to call it. This particular work, appropriately titled, is a collection of my amphigory. Having said that, continue reading (if you wish) and bare in mind that it all makes sense to me, therefore it may not make very much sense to you. But, if you are anything like myself--who enjoys reading anyone's amphigory, and wrapping myself up in the ever-extending, word-woven scarf of their incomprehensible, personal writings, I can only try to understand--then you may find that you enjoy reading my amphigory. Feel free to tumble as far down this rabbit hole as you wish.
