The founding doctors of The Laurel Reagan Memorial Hospital have a secret that they've kept hidden ever since the place got its first patient. The hospital used to be run illegally by a felon. If anyone knew this, the hospital would be terminated, and the people who knew of this secret could be in serious danger. But now... someone knows. They have a blackmailer. This person has some sort of grudge against the doctors, but why? The blackmailer is willing to do anything to make sure they get what they want. Even harm the doctors. Gayle, a timid scrub nurse, tries to get over the guilt that has been riding her ever since that day 8 years ago. That horrid storm... Ian, the Chief of Surgery, must try to protect everyone in the hospital, and even he fears for his job. And his life. For the blackmailer seems to hate him the most.
