This short story is in Second Person (aka your) POV, and takes place many years in the future when the world has been hit with an apocalypse. Don't worry, it doesn't stay on that subject too long. This story is mostly about how to find strength when you don't want to carry on. It's very emotional from start to finish. The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?"
