Maddie grew up in London as an only child with her father and Aunt Genevieve. One summer, her father takes her along with her best friend, Harriett, and Aunt Genevieve to the Hamptons. Maddie and Harriett had promised each other a great summer. When they arrived, her father introduced her to a woman named Rose Campbell. Maddie suspects Rose for hiding a secret. Determined to find out, Harriett and her seek help to, their neighbors, Spencer and Phoenix. On the other hand, Maddie develops feelings for Spencer. What would Harriett say?
