A short narrative I wrote for school based on experiences I had as a little girl,
switched the names around a bit.
In this short story you'll meet Elena, a eleven (to twelve) year old girl in the AWANA program at her church. Being home schooled she struggles to fit in, desperately wanting a friend. Instead she is greeted with a cold slap in the face of reality, Jessica. A rotten bully, out to give hard working Elena a hard time.
