I rushed over to the fallen S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, putting two fingers on his neck to try and search for a pulse. There was none. I stood up suddenly, my hand on my pistol. No, I didn't need it, but I had it anyways. My hands were usually enough. But by this time of the fight, my energy levels were way down, and I knew it.
All of a sudden, something metal clamped over my mouth and I struggled to break free. With a start, I recognized the metal thing as a hand. The Winter Soldier. Another strong arm wrapped around my arms and waist, ceasing my weak struggling. "You're coming with me."
I, Zelda Daria Miladon, for the first time in my life, was being kidnapped.
And then everything went black.
