My heart pounded in my ears, everything was quiet in the dark room. Usually, I wouldn't feel fear when going against magic using creatures and beings that were hostile. But right now, I wasn't so sure what was happening. My mind was foggy and I was having such a hard time concentrating. Oh, Golden Boy had been right when he said that it could be a trap. I wish I hadn't denied him when he offered to come with me. 
But it would've been so odd to have had him come with me. I felt a swift, small breeze against my cheek.
