Sweet Nothings

"Excuse me?" Sasha heard a voice say.
She looked up startled to see a young man there. He was tall, and had short brown hair. His eyes were green and his smile was kind.
"Is it okay if I sit here?" he asked
"Um, sure, go ahead." she said with a polite smile.
The young man proceeded to sit down across from her and said, "My name's Peter by the way."
"I'm Sasha" she said, "It's nice to meet you.”

It’s the story of a college freshman starting on a new adventure and a patient boy helping to guide her through it; and it all starts with a girl reading alone and a boy who had the strange urge to see her smile.
