This is the first Fantasy short story contest on my profile, and any entry is welcome, whether it is an already existing story or if you write it now that you know about this contest.

Here's how it works:

1. Write a story or choose one that already exists.

2. Send me an IM with the name of your book before Dec 1.

3. I will read all the entries before New Years Day.

4. I will IM you if you win and post the results in this story and send out a message to all of my followers.

Entries for Wattpad Short Story's contest "12 Days of Writing" ✨Winner 12 Days of Writing (day 6 - horror)✨ ✨Winner 12 Days of Writing (day 11 - action)✨ I started this at Christmas and the deadline was December 31 and I can say, without any doubt, that this has been the most words I have ever written within one week. Not all the stories are holiday themed You might notice that there are no names mentioned anywhere in the book. This is simply because I suck at thinking of names for book characters. Every prompt has its own genre (science fiction, horror, fantasy, etc.) and the stories are no longer than a 1000 words. Please note that this was the first time that I have written in some of these genres, so all I can say is that I did my best. Have fun reading!

They generally fall under the urban fantasy genre and are shared here, as-is, without any editing, for posterity -- warts and all! This was my first year participating, and the first time I've ever written consistently and seriously over an extended period of time, so pardon the newbie mistakes. That said, I am grateful to Deadlines for Writers and its community, but most especially to Mia Botha, the site's creator and owner!
