I'm writing this because for 3 1/2 years I struggled with accepting my body and my looks. I know so many people not just teen girls struggle with this. So this book is going to help you find confidence!!!!!! 
I hope my words of advice and wisdom can help all of you out there. 

This book will also include extra chapters at the end on self-harm help,if you would like to read on that. I will share my struggles and experience along with how I coped and how I stopped.
