Jamie Michaelson is a dedicated member of the Lion Express, her high school's news team. Chloe, the head writer, tells her that she'd like to give Jamie her position next year since she'd be graduating. There's one condition: Jamie has to come up with the best story Langston High has ever seen. Along with the help of her best friend Ryan, Jamie sneaks into school one Friday night to see if anything remotely suspicious is going on. But when the duo accidentally catch the attention of one of the administrators, they realize that maybe nothing is what it seems.
