Finnick and Annie's Untold Stories: Hope

What started Finnick and Annie's relationship? What happened to the two before Katniss volunteered and before the rebellion began? What events took place during their Games, and in what ways did they cause acts of rebellion? This is my perception of what may have been going on in District Four, and how fire began to ignite, even before The Mockingjay caused an undying wildfire to rage throughout all of the Districts.
