Noelle Waters and her older sister Naomi and best friend Jasmine are ready to start the summer with a plan. The plan is to have a good summer. No, scratch that, they are ready to start the best summer of their lives. These three girls, along with Naomi's, beat up, red pick up truck are ready to embark on the best and maybe their last summer together. But they may encounter a few things that are not part of their 'best summer ever plan'.
