Nothing extraordinary ever happens to Keri. She lives with her two professor parents just off campus of the University of Cincinnati and attends Hughes High School. She has a boyfriend and a best friend like almost every other girl in the world. She goes to school, goes home, hangs out, and does her homework. For the past 17 years her life has a been a thing of bliss, but it starts to unravel two weeks before her 18th birthday. She is being plagued by dreams of people who seem to know her and want to either kill her or save her. When these faces begin to materialize in the real world, she knows that her peaceful little life is about to become a little more interesting.
