"And they lived happily ever--uh oh."

Time traveler Elizabeth, aka "Lillabit," hardly expects miracles from her 19th-century marriage. But abandoning her modern world for love of an 1870s trail boss is hard enough without stampedes.

And storms.

And Indians..

And bounty hunters.

Is the struggle to adapt worth it if she loses herself en route to Wyoming? Or will that prankster, Time, rob Lillabit of home and family forever?

NOTES: I chose "mature" because there may be 1 or 2 love scenes over the very long book, but this is not erotica. Sorry if I misled anybody.

You should be able to read "OverTime 03: Slipping" as a stand-alone work. However, if you seriously want to read the first two books in the series ("OverTime 01: Searching" and "OverTime 02: Turning"), they are available for purchase on Amazon Kindle by Yvonne Jocks. Be aware that you do not get Garrison's point of view in the first two books.

"I want you, and only you. And if that makes me a cheater, a coward, or plain crazy, then so be it!" he said, with the same hint of something in his voice as his eyes gave away. She knew it now. It was revolt. "Oh, darling... " She took his face into her palms, meeting his gaze with compassion. "Then I guess we'll just be crazy together." ************************************************ 2022. As they are on the brink of experiencing a terrible car crash, LA surgeon Diego Perez and his wife Louise get sent back in time to the 19th century. It turns out that Diego has the ability to time-travel, and though he can not fully control it, this is not his first time doing it. But this is all new to Louise. The two get sent to the timeline of Diego's youth, three months after his mysterious disappearance when he was twenty years old. Now, at a much more mature age, but with a still youthful appearance thanks to a genetic anomaly, he is forced to take things up where he left them, with an upcoming wedding to his pregnant fiancée and much unresolved business as the town masked protector. But he has his modern-day wife with him, who has her own connections to this place and time, and things get more complicated by the day. Will he be able to figure out how to get his wife back home? Will their love endure the test of the time travel? Will they manage to navigate the rough waters of their existence in the 19th century? Word Count approx. 86000. **Be aware that this is a manXman story so if that bothers you then please don't read! 5th in Breaking Series. There are certain things that make a man a man in late 1870's Texas. Being able to rope, ride and handle cattle to name a few. Shooting from the hip, playing poker and throwing back whiskey never hurt either. Nick could do all those things but none of that would matter if anyone knew the truth about him-if anyone knew his secret. So to protect that secret, Nick keeps to himself as he works on the ranch at Atkinson Spread. He likes his job and the bosses are decent but Nick is lonely. Covered in scars, both of the physical and emotional variety, he longs for one person he can truly be himself around. That one person he can love. Aiden is running. He's been running since his family realized what he was, called him an abomination and cursed him to death. Bakerstown Texas is where his legs and his will to run finally give out. Somehow he finds himself hired on to work at Atkinson spread though he knows nothing about cattle. He has already resigned himself to a life alone but that thought goes out the window when he lays his eyes on a ranch hand named Nick. Even then, Aiden knows he can't have Nick. Nick doesn't seem to suffer from the same condition that Aiden was born with and so there's not a lot Aiden can do about his attraction to the other man. Until a night at the saloon goes a bit too far...... Can these two men be together or will their secret be found out and their disease dealt with the frontier way?

** Picks up where The Edge of Hell (Mitchell Brothers Series Book One) left off** If there's one thing Declan Mitchell learned from watching his mama almost die from the heartbreak of losing his daddy to a war nineteen years ago, it was that a great and powerful love delivered an equally devastating heartbreak and suffering-the kind he had every intention of avoiding like the bubonic plague. And until traveling west to Idaho Territory and coming face to face with the mismatch-eyed, auburn-haired beauty, Wren McCrawdon, he believed he might succeed in carrying out his plans of never marrying. Molded by her traumatic journey west when she was twelve, twenty-four-year-old, accident-prone Wren McCrawdon's life on her family's ranch in Falcon Ridge, Idaho, is full of back-breaking work, beginning as dawn's first rays peek across the mountains and ending long after the sun sets when she can barely drag her weary bones up the stairs to her bedroom. But from the morning Declan Mitchell and his family arrive, her miserable existence becomes more bearable until tragedy strikes when all she sees are the harsh realities of loss and suffering. Concerned for Wren's safety and remembering how bitter the edge of misery was after his daddy died-Declan discovers he's willing to do anything he can to take it away from her... even if it means a marriage of convenience is the only suitable solution. There are only two problems: first, it's already apparent he's following in his mama's footsteps toward eventual heartbreak, and second he somehow has to convince Wren to agree.
