Every 100 years, a sacred Immortal being known as the Oracle is born. Oracles have been cherished in the Immortal Plane of Damnatalia, and created continuously through the work of the Archangels, for millions of years, and are recognised as messengers of future news. It is for this fact that Oracles were assigned Protectors of all different Immortal groups, to watch over them and protect them no matter what the cost. This system worked perfectly for millions of years, until the Damnata decided that perhaps an Oracle could help them become stronger. They began hunting down each Oracle, with the hope that the sacred being could assist them in their reign. The Archangels were not happy with this act of the Damnata's, and so they began assigning Fallen Angels and Avengers to look after the most recent of the Oracles. This was also a plausible idea, up until the point when it was announced by Ennaleazer Damnatan that the final Oracle had come forth into existence. The Damnata and many other Archaic Immortals began to panic; what would they do without their Oracle? It became a race for the Archaic versus the Damned, and the final Oracle would have to be found, no matter what the cost. The Damned--the Damnata and their followers such as demons and Vampiires--wished to use the Oracle for personal power and gain. The Archaic--the Archangels, and the God of Immortals, Jinxx--wished to protect the sacred being, and to keep her existence a secret to others. The Oracle became a well-known being, one which called herself Kristy Motionless, and it was said that she, being the final Oracle, would change the Mortal and Immortals Planes forever throughout the time of her existence. And so she became Hunted, protected only by a Vampiire Coven known as the Nocturna, a Werrwulfen Pack known as the Diurna, and a Fallen Angel servicing the Archaic known as Laurence Helyer.

Then you started working your magic and you cosy up to the male lead who was supposed to get you killed or you make the demon lord fall in love with you so he can protect you from your imminent death. And woah you got your happy ending. But now let's imagine a completely different scenario where you end up in a book you read like 10 pages of (including the ending). And you find yourself literally dropped into the lap of a psychopathic rival who enjoys just a teeny bit of bloodshed. He's also the guy who killed your favourite character and not to mention you. But then you hold on for a second because you realise you're not dead and he wants to use you as an immortal tool to sharpen his aim. Well that's the story I ended up living in. And I've got one request from Mr. Villain over there, please spare me!
