Breland Cole is a sixteen year old girl who grew up in a dysfunctional life.
One day when Brassy is out, she is jumped by Soc's. What she doesnt know is that minutes away, she will be rescued by two of seven tough, greasy hoods; Sodapop Curtis and Steve Randle.
The greasers take Brassy, a fellow greaser, into their hands and she is promised to be protected from the sex hungry, dangerous soc's. She quickly befriends the greasers, but something more than friendship lingers between Brassy and Sodapop.
