Annabelle Lichen was born into a wonderful family. Everything was great. At the age of two, her father, Donnie Lichen, disappeared. Till this day she still doesn't know much about him. Her mother doesn't tell her much other than his name and how he 'was' a great man, so she doesn't ask. Annabelle has been called upon for a babysitting job for a six year old girl named Jasey Adams. 

It starts out all well until a few strange...happenings take place. It goes from the T.V. turning on and off to the child being lost. She sets off on her way to look for Jasey, but instead, she finds a guy named Kai Greene who she still doesn't know his whole background. She later meets an odd woman who shows Annabelle a whole different life that she never knew she was living. Her life has been turned upside down. 

People start to accuse her of being insane. No one believes her so-called 'story.' After all this commotion, she still has narrowed her goals down to four goals:

-Find Jasey.
-Find her father.
-Escape the mental institution.

And most importantly...

-Make someone believe her.
