The lunchroom was in chaos. Not the normal high school loudness, not the background humming of many people talking, an occasional shout or yell or scream; full blown chaos. Big, ugly, pale creatures that looked half human broke down the doors with little effort. We were not ready for this. No, our little school of misfits wasn't ready for this at all.

'The humidity hung in the dark like a shroud. It silenced the streets with only the rattling hum of the air conditioners piercing its veil. Nights like these can bring no good. Best to turn out the lights and wait for tomorrow...' A spatula slapping the top of a grease encrusted bell interrupted the story. The cook whacked at the bell mercilessly, his life choices expressed in every flick of the wrist. Becka flipped the book face-down, leaving it on the counter beside the coffee machine. Detention
We held our breath as we heard footsteps enter the dark room. My heart raced and I covered my mouth to keep from screaming as tears ran down my cheeks. Caleb sat next to me, with obvious fear in his eyes. I knew that the desk couldn't hide us for much longer and that's what scared me the most. The footsteps came closer and they grew louder by the second. I held my breath once I heard the man's footsteps stop. Caleb and I exchanged looks as we sat frozen under the desk. I looked up, trying to listen to the man's actions. Then a gloved hand grabbed the edge of the desk and the man's bloody mask appeared in front of me. He stared at us and chuckled, "Found you." · · · Seven classmates find themselves in detention from breaking the rules at their school. This, of course, isn't their first time in detention but something seemed different. The teacher leaves to do something leaving the kids completely unsupervised which was kind of weird. He usually left some goody two shoes to watch them but this time there was no one except them. Creepy things begin to happen and they find themselves locked in the school. What was this? Time is ticking as they try to find their way out before they end up lying in a puddle of their own blood.Completa
The Outsiders Imagines
Last week my class had finished the book, The Outsiders, by S.E. Hilton. I loved it. My friends loved it. Everybody in the entire class loved it. We also watched the movie and we all had to look away when Pony just had his hair cut and bleached. Anyway, I found these stories called Imagines and I found them really cool and I wanted to do one myself and I might make more considering how my friend said I "broke" her when she read it. I might make more, I don't know, but it was fun to write this. I also saw how small some of the other imagines are, so I made this one long but not too long but still long. It'll probably take 8 minutes out of your day, tops.Completa
Space dad?
a mishap with an altean herb causes some if the crew to turn into toddlers. if only there was a space dad and mom around... New guests! Another mystery to solve, and some klance as the try to win this battle against the dark. What started as a short story has grown into an amazing adventure. Still i hope you enjoy the cutness.
