Jade is an Australian Irish dancer in her second year of high school, and is struggling to balance all of her homework and her dance training. And then there is the added drama of boys as well, particularly one boy called Aaron... To make matters worse, nationals is in a few weeks and her teacher is putting a lot of pressure on her to recall. This story follows her journey to nationals and as she trains, she learns that being an Irish dancer means she has to give up a lot, in order to be the best.
