My chest hurt as an empty feeling rushed over me. My breathing picked up as I clutched my chest. It was painful but yet, oh so familiar. Black dots swam in my vision as my heart beat wildly. I closed my eyes and tried to calm my breathing. Panic attacks weren't uncommon for me. I'd had them ever since the accident. I felt the tears roll down my cheeks as my face heated. It was getting harder to breath. It felt like the walls were closing in around me, and the oxygen was being sucked out of the room. "Iris! Calm down.
