There are rumors of rebellion,you may ask a rebellion how ridiculous of such weaklings,they surely will never win, but they seem stronger then they seem,don't they? There was an organization called 'Octagon Veranda' situated on a lonely Island which was covered by a special Nano cover which was supposed to last 300 years and it's a shield against radiation, bioweapons and chemical attacks. This organization of scientists was created to survive the World War, which could've wiped out humans from Earth. It is 2201 now. Our little island is the only place humanity can survive on the earth but sadly it's a small island. The population is rising. So now we have a lot more problems to survive than radiation. There are two parts of the island. Inside and outside. Simply heaven and hell on the same island. If you can get inside you are more than lucky. If you get to live outside, you better pray for death. Inside the island is the place where the Octagon Veranda, the main buildings and the city are situated. Octagon Veranda, we work on eight sectors that help humanity to survive. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. With death seeming inevitable for human kind, can nothing stop humanity from extinction? Zero has just graduated from high school with good marks and a scholarship. Savannah Halk and her family know something the world doesn't know. She carries the weight of her deceased father's legacy on her shoulders as she tries to keep her family out of harms way. Lyric doesn't know that she's a vampire until she turns 16, and everything goes downhill, not to mention her mother's crazy ex-vampire-boyfriend, her friend turns out to be a vampire and the humans want Lyric on their side. Will Lyric help the weak or will she give into temptation?
