Two lives, two stories. Nicole Anders is a History teacher at St. Joan of Arc High School. She has a husband and a six-month-old son and lives a seemingly normal life. That is, except for her father. Her father is a dependent alcoholic and constantly butts into the life of her family and her son. However, there is another story to be told. Riley Silvis is a junior at St. Joan of Arc and is coming to terms with something she never expected: her bisexuality. How can these two help the other? Who will help Riley along her path and who will hold her back kicking and screaming? How can these two seemingly ordinary people make it out of times of rain and make it into times of sun?
