The planet Cortain is home to a number of different species. Some mirror the humans of Earth in all but name. Others some may class as having the same nature as the fabled vampires the humans seem so fond of. However this story holds not their tale. The watchers observe and rarely interfere. It is forbidden to do as the one called Roxi plans. A manhunt. Revenge. Killing another of their race is almost unthinkable but to kill one in their charge is unheard of. The question is, will they hunt or will Roxi claim the revenge her heart yearns for.
