Link slumped against the bars.

"So... Your name is Link?" Fiora asked hesitantly.

"Yeah. But it might be better if I had no name. I failed to take out Ganondorf when I had the chance," Link mumbled.

"Hey, don't be so hard on yourself. At least you tried to do something," Fiora assured him.

"We've got to get out of here and save Princess Zelda," Link decided. He stood back up straight an began checking each of the bars.

"How are we supposed to do that? Ganondorf made it sound like you were crippled, and I'm nothing more than one of Zelda's handmaidens," Fiora protested.

"I'm not entirely crippled. I'm better than I was before. I may not have all my strength back, but I'm more or less normal until I have another pain attack," Link explained. He moved to the cell wall and began tapping various stones.

"Do those happen often?" Fiora asked.

"Not as much as they used to."

"Princess!" he yelled after her. "Where are you going?" "Back to the castle," she replied without stopping. "Not by yourself you're not!" "I'm sorry,"-she whipped around-"I didn't realize you were my father?" "Your father, the king, would execute me for letting you travel by yourself." "Oh, so this is about self-preservation?" "Yes. Yours. There are monsters all over Hyrule now, Your Highness." Blue eyes pointedly looked her up and down. "And by the looks of it, you're not equipped to handle that." She mirrored his scrutiny and scoffed. "What, and you are?" She gestured to the cairns beyond the trees. "Are you going to protect me as well as you protected them?" Calamity is upon Hyrule. The Goddess Hylia appointed but two children to prevent the end of the world. The powers they were promised don't come easily, and after years of outright failure, Princess Zelda can't help but wonder if Hylia chose wrong. It certainly doesn't help that the boy fate has tangled her with makes her seethe. Devotion, heartbreak, inadequacy. Faith, perseverance, and courage. This is a story of finding what lies within. [This story is set in a fusion of Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom, with a couple tweaks and some familiar faces'n'places from older games joining along the way!] Thank you for the #1 spot in the Zelda tag! 💗 And thank you for #1 in PrincessZelda, Zelink and BreathoftheWild tags!! Zelda Fraysse, is a 21 years old businesswoman who is very highly respected in her small hometown, but in the bigger cities, nobody recognizes her name, she's just one in many. She encounters a classy man one day, who goes by the name of Link. After they get to know each other a bit more, turns out they have been both having the same exact kind of dreams, about the world that will face its end soon. Soon enough, the two become very close and not a day goes by when they are not spending time together. But one day all of that changes, when Link gets a mysterious letter, and without saying a word, disappears. "Etre adulte, c'est etre seul." ~ All rights to Nintendo, The Legend Of Zelda series, thank you for making my childhood so memorable. Din and Farore have turned against Hyrule, and when Zelda makes a shaky decision, it could spell the end for Hyrule. Far in the future, Link and Ganondorf battle in broken world, a fusion of the 'child' and 'adult' timelines. Hyrule is ravaged and all inhabitants, even Ganon's minions, have abandoned their homes due to fear of Link and Ganon's conflict. A Demigod takes advantage of their weakened states and places power inhibitors on their necks, forcing Link and Ganon to work together. This is an old fanfic from 2014. Keep in mind that this is not written as a thoroughly as novel, so this story does not have detailed descriptions of environments or senses. This is written as a plot synopsis/script for a video game premise. I have written this plot in such a way that it can easily fit into the far future of any Zelda timeline. (I should mention that I do have a copyright on this plot, not all of the characters. Because the plot I have written can fit into any JRPG video game, I acquired a copyright by swapping out all of Zelda's characters, places and terms with other names. However, the Demigod (his personality and goals) is my creation as well (ergo, also under the copyright) since he is a character that is from one of my novels. I know that my plot would essentially be a Zelda rip-off as it is, so I would not sell it on that basis. I have a copyright on the plot just in case, so no one can just randomly try to steal it without giving me proper compensation.)

All because of the missing power of Princess Zelda the Hylia-Knows-What-Number. While doing what seemed to be the simplest of his required duties, he'd stumbled upon a dark secret of a broken family. And by Hylia and the Golden Goddesses above, he was going to fight that secret and win; whether that meant continuing to hide it, or scream it to the world. It was high time that the atrocities that occurred behind Triforce covered tapestries came to Hylia's golden light. No matter the personal cost.

Having no further duties as the Master Sword, Fi is reincarnated and given another life as a human. Ghirahim's situation, however, is complicated. He is alive, but not the same. Can he reawaken Fi's memories, and will she forgive him after everything he's done? Even then, how will their lives continue as they are? However a darkness is brewing, and Link has a destiny to follow. The strings of fate tangle between the young duo, and (Y/n) makes a decision to help save Hyrule from the darkness. With nothing more than a brave face and an emerald pendant tying her back home, she sets out with Link. They also fall under the service of an imp itching for revenge. However, there is one person standing in the way of (Y/n) getting home. Her best friend, the Usurper King, Zant. He has made it his life goal to protect (Y/n) from himself and place a veil over her eyes to keep her from seeing his wrongs. Her wrath would for sure be the end of his evil plans.
