The battle rages on.

Ali Bell and Cole Holland's crew of zombie slayers thought they'd won the war against Anima Industries, the evil company responsible for capturing and experimenting on zombies in an effort to discover the secret to immortality. In the last epic clash, the slayers lost many of their crew and closest friends. But Frosty, the ice man himself, has not recovered from one casualty in particular—the love of his life, Kat Parker.

On the path to self-annihilation, Frosty receives a message from beyond—Kat's spirit returns, insisting he partner with rogue slayer Camilla Marks. Frosty will do anything for Kat. Except that. Camilla is the one who betrayed them all, leading to Kat's death.

But when Anima rises from the grave to become a force the slayers may not have the strength to overcome, Frosty, Camilla and all the slayers will have to work together to survive. And one broken slayer will learn that sometimes, the line between hate and attraction is blurred…and the road to redemption isn't through revenge, but in letting go of the past and grabbing hold of the future.

The world has chewed up and spit out Eleanor Robinson again and again. It began with her parents, one taken by a tragedy, one addicted to horrific drugs, and a brother who's too boozed out to know if she's alive or dead. Alone in the world, Ellie isn't exactly sure of how life works, of how anything works, really. The only two people she has that even remotely understand are Sebastian and Scarlett, a pair of siblings that remind her so much of her own family, it's hard to be around them sometimes. When the trio finally move in together after being friends for almost three years, they end up closer than ever. But the move brings along another problem into Ellie's life. Cole Everett is a fighter. From the moment he was cast aside by his family, he's had to fight for scraps at the orphanage dinner table, fight for a spot in the light of his foster family's eyes, and fight for the love of his adoptive parents. It seemed like he never won when it came to personal battles, but in the ring... In the ring, he owned the world. Years and years of the world kicking Cole's ass has shaped him into the fighter Ellie and everyone else sees him as. But the world has also shaped Ellie, and the sweet, heavy-hearted girl paints on a façade that seems only Cole can break through. As the pair attempt to navigate a decent enough relationship to be in the same room as one another without going for the throat, the people around them float between blurred lines of friend or foe. Hearts clash, past enemies arise, and the pair's hearts hang in the balance of it all.

Between the letters his birth parents keep sending him, a run-in with an old enemy that's out for his blood, and his responsibility to protect his adoptive parents from his fucked up birth family, he would only be putting the woman he loves in danger. He may make his living as a fighter but this is one fight he's destined to lose. Right? Aria Hunter has gotten pretty good at faking it until you make it. After getting through an abusive relationship and fleeing to another city Aria is ready to return home years later. Everything has changed, including her relationship with her best friend. There's a constant magnetic pull between them and Aria feels their intense chemistry with every touch and look Asher steals from her. 𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐦𝐞.❞ Daryl Dixon had a terrible upbringing. From his alcoholic and abusive father to his always absent older brother due to military. He was always the outcast, a lone wolf if you will. But when he meets Kendra Kelly, the millionaires that live upon a hill on a mansion, he begins to see the beauty in someone and slowly falls madly in love with her. To her heavily made up face, to her sweet laugh, Kendra Kelly is easy on the eyes. So when Daryl asks her to move in, her mother, a woman who loves and takes pride in her image (especially money), is furious, hating Daryl because he has no money for their daughter. Yet when the zombie apocalypse hits, after they have long broken up due to this, the first person he thinks of is his first ever love, Kendra. They eventually find each other, Kendra being in a group with her new boyfriend, Markus Hay. They have no choice but to put old feelings aside, survival the main focus. Follow along with these two poignant characters (Daryl Dixon and Kendra Kelly) that are, undoubtably, the antithesis of one another. The saying goes, "opposites attract."
