At the Heart of the World

I always existed in my own world. There used to be other people. My friends and I would tell stories of knights and fair queens in a land called Illya. People grow up though, we went our separate ways. I continued writing about Illya, but my past and grudges took over. Illya wasn't what it used to be; there was no joy in it. Kit and I are all that's left of the group that created it. She alone knows what I've done to the fairytale. Until one day, Illya becomes real. A crash throws me into my world and the dangers that reside into it.

Only I am not alone. They are all here. Liv, Kieran, Jonas, Kit, Lex and I are on the shores of the great river. They realize what I've done. They hate me, but I only have one goal. I am righting my wrongs and find the watcher in the woods. Only she can get us home. They can hate me, but they have to trust me now. Or we won't make it.
