Bill had been gone for 3 years, the twins had grown, and kept returning to Gravity Falls. What they didn't expect was for a specific dream demon to return again, but a little different this time.
Yeah! I'm really late to right this! Technically I started this before Gravity Falls ended, I just never finished it or continued it. Hopefully this goes good!

Also, the twins are a year younger when this takes place, so they are 11 going on 12 when Mabel goes to Gravity Falls and the whole Weirdmageddon thing happens. . Summer was over, and it was time to get back to school. Mabel, who just got back from their great uncles' place, is excited to show and tell her twin about all the cool stuff that happened, though she isn't suspecting to accidentally bring a certain yellow demon with her to California... After the episode "Sock Opera" where Mabel got possessed by Bill, the dream demon was able to teleport to her mind right before being destroyed, leaving him very weak but also very much alive.
