Florence would much rather curl up with a blanket, her cat, and a good book than get out of the house and do normal teenager things like go to parties.

Carter couldn't agree more. When he moves into Florence's small town, he is ready for a fresh start. No more parties, no more sneaking out, no more hurting people for the fun of it. After what happened at his old school, he is ready to completely reinvent himself.

When the two meet, they both don't expect anything to come from it. But in an effort to be more like a normal teenager, Florence seeks out Carter to help her. Will he go back to his old ways and get Florence in trouble as well as himself? or Will they build a friendship that none of them expected?
