Depression is hard to fight off. Sometimes it never goes away. For Dan, it stays wherever he goes. He still feels sad when he's supposed to be happy. He can't get rid of it. All he wants is to be happy, not sad all the time. He wants to plan a wedding for him and his future wife or husband or whatever, not plan his own suicide.
