With society being sealed off by a dome and The System basically controlling your whole life, nothing of the abnormal seems to happen in Phoebe's life. She does as the law says: taking her morning and night injections and doing as what her assigned division was told.

However, as Phoebe is casually riding her bike to her classes, she runs into a not-so-normal boy named Nolan. She begins to question his weird ways until she figures out who he truly is. From there, she has to decide on rather to find out the real truth or continue her life in containment.
