As Sock tries to find a way to make Jonathan take his own life, he understands that he is walking towards a big conflict: does Sock want Jonathan to keep on living, or die?
At the same time Jonathan is wondering if he wants to keep on living and maintain the friendly relationship he and Sock have, or die so he can be with Sock forever.
