Kaname nodded and set the platter in front of the General, she lifted the lid,resisting the urge to wince as the head of a dead blonde, girl, neatly severed and fresh sat on the platter her hair was cut short as it was unappetizing and a custom for head eaters.
Kaname reached into her apron and pulled out the cutlery, dissecting tools, for the General, her left eye twitched as it caught sight of the line in which the girl's head was cut so that the top could be lifted to reveal the brain.
And this is a somewhat regular Friday evening

Struggling with not only demons but their own problems and doubts. Plot armor isn't bad when you face so many other different challenges and you're at risk of losing many times.
