Four young apprentices live in Emberclan, eagerly waiting to become warriors. But a sudden visit from an old friend changes everything. A deep secret is revealed, one that has been kept in darkness since the dawn of the clans. This knowledge is thrust upon the apprentices, forever changing their lives. They must learn to cope with the secret and tell only one cat. But with enemies at every corner, who can they trust? Will anything ever be the same again?
