The Everyday Saints

This is the story of Alethia Agnoia, a girl whose life was drastically changed when her small village was ravaged by the guard of Althios Psema; the heartless dictator that was slowly overrunning the land through savagery. Her family was killed one fateful night, but a wanderer passing through was valiant enough to save her. Others of her people managed to escape and scatter about neighboring countries, slinking under rocks to avoid Althios' rage.
Alethia, though, grew strong over the years following that night, and refuses to let her life be lived in vain. She spent years training, traveling, and exercising the terrible guards from helpless towns. It has been nine years since that terrible night, and now she's coming for blood.
