It's Matthew Williams Birthday and he hopes that this year will be different than the rest. The hours continue to tick by and it becomes clear that his prayers were for nothing. Matthew is overcome with sadness and its up to a certain white haired Prussian to turn this birthday disaster into one that Matthew will never forget!

Noticed~ A PruCan fanfiction
This is my first fanfiction. It's mostly PruCan. There may be other Hetalia shippings too. Canada is never noticed at world meetings. That is, until a certain Prussian notices him asking if he could stay with him for a while. Canada, being his nice self, happily allows Prussia to stay with him for awhile. While Canada and Prussia are living together many things happen. Their relationship grows closer as events happen. They both grow feelings for each other, but the other doesn't know. There's a lot of PruCan fluff and cute awkwardness. Like I said this is my first fanfic so I don't know how it will go. ~FINALLY FINISHED~Complete
