Lacey, a sixteen year old girl from Alamogordo, New Mexico, has her life turned upside down, after receiving the worst news of her life. After a tragic accident changes life as she knew before, she's forced to move across the country to live with her fashion designing Aunt Sophie. Sophie has a son, named Daniel, who has despised Lacey for over 10 years, and no one knows why. Lacey has issues of her own, between self-harm and her depression, life gets pretty confusing for this young girl. That is, until she meets mysterious Darrin. He takes her back to a place of happiness, which had long been lost in her mind. Read about Lacey and all the tragedy which later turns into magic. Not you're typical tragic romance.
