In a world filled with Werewolves, Vampires, Hybrids, Humans, and Witches it wouldn't be unexpected to have Foxes as well, right?
Wrong.
You see, Foxes used to be in this world along with the others until a war between all of the creatures caused them to disappear of the face of the earth.
All except for 2, Savannah Pack and her mother, Ramie Pack. Although when a certain illness breaks out and taking her mother's life along with many others, leaves her all alone how will she survive?
Nobody's ever seen a fox in her generation and she'd like to keep it that way..
Although fate has an.. interesting way of playing out...
Especially when it comes to mates,
Oh! I didn't mention that foxes have mates too?
Well the do, just like Witches, Wolves, and Hybrids.
The others get to choose, I guess you could say.
Sometimes the others would get paired with Witches, Wolves, or Hybrids, but not often.

Grey and Red
Before we begin our tale I must first insist you are introduced to the world that our main characters live in. Forest Hollow is the town where our story takes place. Now you might be thinking about what makes it so special, well that's quite simple. The city is run by creatures called Canis and inhabited by many species including creatures known as Vulpes. The canis species find themselves on the more respected end of the hierarchy. And most of the time vulpes try to avoid them all together. Canis are mean creatures very aggressive, fast, powerful not a creature you want to come into contact with- Although vulpes are quite the opposite, smart, cunning, quick, sly as you can expect this comes in handy for trying to avoid the canis. Creatures like the canis stick together in packs you won't ever see one without its many followers. However vulpes like to be more solitary they do help one another but not exactly like the canis do. When I say the canis are powerful I mean it; they can control some forms of weather, mostly lightning and rain. Vulpes also have a specific power as well. They can turn invisible ok it's not as cool as weather power but it helps them hide. You might be wondering what these creatures look like so I will try to explain as best I can. Canis are sort of similar looking to wolves gray wolves to be exact. Vulpes remind me of red foxes. What makes them so different is the transformation ability. Werewolves are similar but they can change from one form to the other. For example canis can transform into two-legged bipedal creatures always with grey or black hair. Vulpes are the same, just shorter I guess less impressive looking and always orange or maple colored hair. Females and males have obvious gender differences as you might have guessed. Like I stated before, they can transform from one form to the other; Canis can transform into normal wolf-like creatures, and Vulpes can transform into normal fox-like creatures.Terminé

"Feeling better?" Dante asked gently but there was an undertone to it. "I was puking this morning but I'm all better. Probably just a stubborn stomach flu. Just makes me ache all over." Giving him a small smile to reassure him. He sadly didn't look so convinced. Did I miss a spot with my makeup? The only thing my uncle gets me that's semi nice, but it is to hide his abuse. "Bullshit! Stop lying." Dante said sternly. My heartbeat was in my ears as he spoke those words, and my anxiety made my palms sweaty. His eyes held concern and suspicion which only made me want to cower away. "I'm n-n-not-" His hazel eyes were shifting darker which made my heart fearful. His eyes were like uncles but without the hatred. "He's right Caelia. Tell us the truth." Ivena said from behind me. My anxiety peaked and my chest went tight; tears pricked my eyes. Why can't they leave it alone? Did they see one of my bruises? Maybe my uncle is right, maybe I am stupid. They are going to think so poorly of me, but I don't know if I can hide it from them much longer. Their eyes went over me as if analyzing me and I hated it. "No no its just from being sick I swear I-" Their eyes cut through me and into my soul. Tears blurred my vision as I realized they wouldn't accept it. "He's just drunk and angry. He doesn't know what he's doing." Tears threaten to fall at my words, and it felt so hard to breathe to even speak the hidden truth. "Who?" Dante asked with a softer tone. His hands reached out to touch me, but I jerked away only making it worse on me. ===================================== Caelia Addison and her Uncle moved to a new place in order to start over to escape his every growing debt. ( The Tale Of a Werefox ) He looked surprised and confused. "Wh-Who are you?" He stuttered, back in normal animal language that the wolves could understand. He seemed to only have just reacted to how close he had just been to death. I could have finished him off right then. But he is my brother and killing him wasn't the right thing to do. Although I hate him for leaving our mother, Zeal and I, and most of all, ignoring me when I needed him the most. But I just couldn't do it. He slowly raised himself from the ground and looked at me. His face showed an emotion that I can barely make out. His face seemed to be showing sympathy, understanding and wrath at the same time. And yet he couldn't figure out who I was. -~- After a war began between werewolves and werefoxes. The werefox, in the werewolves eyes became extinct. At least, that's what they believed. This is the story of a rare werefox. No she is not a normal girl. Nor, a normal fox. And this is no normal story. Astra, a werefox who is believed by all werewolves and rogues to be extinct, is forced out of her home and family. She is thrown out into the snow to fend for herself. Finding out that your parents, the people that raised you your whole life, weren't your actual parents was hard. "And you're telling me I have three of them?" I gawked "How many are you supposed to get? I can barely handle myself and my life at this point and you want me to worry about three other people?" "I don't think it'll be such a hardship for you" he said, arrogance lacing his tone "After all, I hear these three Mates of yours are very self-sufficient." "Don't forget extremely gorgeous" his Buffon of a friend chimed in, winking at me "That's a plus for you Princess." "One," the third one growled out at me, finally speaking up and adding subsistence to the conversation, startling the banter from the other two "You're only supposed to be blessed with one Mate in your entire lifetime."Terminé
Escaping the Monster's Embrace (OLD BEING REWRITTEN )
(Currently being rewritten under a new name The Claimed) Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing. Some were unlucky and taken as something that the Beasts called a Mate that one word made fear spread throughout my veins, I would rather sell my soul than have one of them mutts chain me to them. Six months went by before the government, that was un-tainted by this vile race began to take action into their own hands contacting other countries and militaries causing the great war to happen, sending both my parents off to fight for our rights. Only one of them came back, two months was the longest we lasted before we were overpowered by them. Six years of living in this dysfunctional environment and my hatred had never dwindled. Some people still believed in god and had faith in him, I didn't know what I believed in but I prayed like everyone else that I would get through another day without hearing the soul crushing word 'Mate'. MY 18th BIRTHDAY (BOOK ONE LOST MATE SERIES)
In every werewolves life they wait for their eighteenth birthday with zeal. That is because they get their mates. I was one of those people waiting for that day. My mom has always told me stories of how mates change your life. They become the reason for your very existence and how you cannot live without each other. I just wish that I held onto that moment long enough for us to feel something. That is the worst feeling to loose something that you know should have been yours. I had my chance to such happiness just didn't think that it would end so soon. They say the moon goddess gives the toughest battles to their strongest warriors, but who enlisted me for the war?
